📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS — Grammar Guru Pēedom Monthly Membership Program 

1. Membership Nature

1. This is a monthly recurring subscription.
   
   

2. Your membership will automatically renew every month on the date of your first payment.
   
   

3. Membership continues until you cancel or your payment fails.
   
   

2. Payment & Renewal

1. Membership fees are billed monthly through your chosen payment platform (Stripe/UPI/PayPal/etc.).
   
   

2. By subscribing, you authorize GGP to automatically charge the monthly renewal amount until cancellation.
   
   

3. If a payment fails, access to all membership materials may be paused until the payment is completed.
   
   

4. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where required by applicable Indian law.
   
   

3. Cancelation Policy

1. You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing date.
   
   

2. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund previous payments.
   
   

3. After cancellation, access to membership resources will end at the end of the current paid cycle.
   
   

4. Access to Learning Materials

1. All study materials (PDFs, worksheets, notes, videos, assessments, etc.) are provided only for personal use.
   
   

2. You may not:
   
   

   • share, copy, distribute, or forward the materials
     
     

   • upload materials online
     
     

   • use the materials for commercial teaching or training
     
     

3. Any violation may lead to immediate removal from the membership without refund.
   
   

5. Assessments, Reports & Performance

1. GGP will provide learning materials, tests, and feedback based on the membership structure.
   
   

2. Assessments are for learning purposes and are not equivalent to school/board-certified grading.
   
   

3. Reports and reminders will be sent to the email or WhatsApp number provided by the student/guardian.
   
   

6. Student Responsibilities

By enrolling, the student agrees to:

1. Submit all tasks/tests on time.
   
   

2. Provide accurate information in the enrollment form.
   
   

3. Maintain proper online conduct and communication with GGP.
   
   

4. Not misuse or share membership access.
   
   

7. Technical Requirements

1. Students must ensure they have a working internet connection and device.
   
   

2. GGP is not responsible for:
   
   

   • technical failures
     
     

   • device issues
     
     

   • network interruptions
     
     

3. Replacement or re-sending of files depends on availability.
   
   

8. Communication Consent

1. By enrolling, you consent to receive:
   
   

   • emails
     
     

   • WhatsApp reminders (if number provided)
     
     

   • membership updates
     
     

2. Communication may include reminders, reports, payment alerts, or updates about new programs.
   
   

9. Modification of Membership Content

1. GGP may update, modify, or improve the syllabus, materials, or membership features at any time.
   
   

2. Pricing changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
   
   

10. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All materials provided are the intellectual property of Grammar Guru Pēedom.
   
   

2. Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to:
   
   

   • account termination
     
     

   • legal action under Indian Copyright Law
     
     

11. Limitation of Liability

1. GGP provides educational guidance but does not guarantee school exam results or board exam performance.
   
   

2. GGP is not liable for:
   
   

   • academic outcomes
     
     

   • misuse of materials
     
     

   • student negligence
     
     

3. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current membership month only.
   
   

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, particularly relevant sections of the Information Technology Act and Indian Contract Act.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the membership, you confirm that:

• you have read these Terms,
  
  

• you understand them, and
  
  

• you agree to comply with them.
  
  

If you do not agree, you should not enroll in the membership program.
